Equation to Problem-Solving

Equation to Problem-Solving

We are always looking for a better way to solve problems.

Here is an equation to solve any problems:

Where you are (current state) + Capabilities you need (solutions) + 3% of luck = Where you want to be (future state)

Every problem is a gap and the solution is to find a way to bridge that gap.  It is a simple framework that can be learned and shared with others so that they can use it to solve their own problems.

The beauty of this framework is that it can be applied to any problem, whether it's personal or professional.

The framework consists of 9 building blocks:

  1. The problem/gap: What is the problem or the gap you’re trying to bridge?
  2. Current state: Where are you right now?
  3. Future state: Where do you want to be?
  4. Pains: What are the pains you’re trying to avoid?
  5. Gains: What are the benefits you’ll gain by bridging the gap?
  6. Capabilities: What capabilities do you need to gain in order to move the needle?
  7. Mindset: Why are you committed to bridging the gap
  8. Strategy: How are you going to acquire the capabilities
  9. Key Activities: What are the action steps

I'd like to reach 1000 downloads by September 30, 2022, and I'll be sharing my process of how I'm going to do it with - you guessed it, BTG canvas.

Is it even possible for me to accomplish my goal in the next three months? I'm not sure, but I'll give it my all. This is when the 3% of luck comes into play; I must find individuals who are ready and willing to be early adopters and share their canvas with their network.

To be continued….
